My friend had the lamb burger and I had the Crawfish étouffée which was a featured item on the menu and it was delicious! My friend said the lamb burger was one of the best she's had. I love so many items on the Republic Grill menu so sometimes it's hard to choose. Chris took great care of us. So glad this restaurant is in our community. It's always a pleasure to dine here.

Probably the best double pork chop I've ever had and I'm 67 yrs old so trust me when I say.... ITS PERFECTION ON A PLATE!!! The dipping sauce takes it to another level. *****

I'm slowly working my way thru the menu but dishes like this slow my progress. I'll want to order this each time. Full of flavor but nothing overpowering. It's just darn tasty. Always well prepared. I get mine to go - it's well packed and travels well, and it is just as tasty as eating in the restaurant.

This is my go to (with a crab cake). Had the chicken parm once when it was a special and was blown away. The entire menu is excellent. Everyone agrees this is the best food around! And love the atmosphere! Thanks for an AWESOME restaurant!!!
