Truly one of the best dishes I have eaten anywhere! I absolutely love it and try to get there a couple of times a month from Tomball to enjoy it. So good and the service is excellent.

I'm slowly working my way thru the menu but dishes like this slow my progress. I'll want to order this each time. Full of flavor but nothing overpowering. It's just darn tasty. Always well prepared. I get mine to go - it's well packed and travels well, and it is just as tasty as eating in the restaurant.

My friend had the lamb burger and I had the Crawfish étouffée which was a featured item on the menu and it was delicious! My friend said the lamb burger was one of the best she's had. I love so many items on the Republic Grill menu so sometimes it's hard to choose. Chris took great care of us. So glad this restaurant is in our community. It's always a pleasure to dine here.
